ACUPRESSURE
Hand Point
Point Location
These points lie along the creases of the hands where the fingers join the palm. These are said to help release endorphins (the body's natural painkillers) into the body.Acupressure Technique
Women can hold a small comb in the palm of their hand so that the teeth of the comb are touching these points. They can then grip the comb during contractions, applying pressure to the level that feels the most useful.

leg Sole Acupressure Points |
For
treatment to the diseases first of all find out which part of the palm
or sole of the feet is to be pressed for the treatment. Press the point
and you will feel pain in that particular point. If you do not have pain
in that particular point then you do not have the disease related to
that point. If you feel pain then press the point 2 of 3 times a day for
about 2 minutes at a time, till the pain is reduced to minimum. In some
cases the pain will be reduced in a day or two but in some cases it
might take a month or two. The treatment is necessary till you feel pain
on that particular point. When you do not have any pain even when the
point is pressed, you are cured sometimes the pain goes away in couple
of minutes and you will be surprised the disease has been
cured.Sometimes during the treatment at the initial time the disease
will aggravates but it is a clear signal that the treatment is working
properly, So do not stop pressing the points rather centime to press the
points till you do not feel any pain. Always remember where ever you
feel any pain, press it, just this pressure alone cures the disease. You
may not know the name of the disease but you diagnose the disease and
you are in a portion to curve the disease just by pressing your soles or
palms.

Mechanism (Working) : According
to Acupuncture, Shiatsu or Pointed Pressure Therapy, there are about
900 points all over the body on the meridians shown in figures.
Puncturing is done or pressure is applied on these points to cure
illness or pain or to create an anaesthetic effect. However, this
requires a good deal of study and skill and so, a layman cannot do it.
However, Acupressure treatment is so simple and easy that any layman-even a child of ten years-can learn and practise it.
The
switch board of electric current flowing in our body is located in the
palms and soles. In figures, you will see the location of the different
switch points. In these figures you will find the names of the organs
and endocrine glands to which these switch points are connected.
Most
of the organs and endocrine glands are in the right or the left side of
the body and so their corresponding points are on the right or the left
palms and soles. However, as the heart and the spleen are on the left
side of the body, their corresponding points are only on the left palm
and sole. Similarly, since, the liver, gall bladder and appendix are on
the right side of the body and so their corresponding switches are only
on the right palm and sole.
In
the same way, the points of all the organs like eyes, throat, ears,
heart, lungs, stomach etc. which are in front of the body are shown in
front in palms and soles. And the points of spinal cord, nerves, optic
nerve, allergy etc. are on the back side of our body and so are shown on
the back of palms/soles. These divisions prove that this therapy is
scientific.
